Schulze and our employees value logistics service providers who meet customer expectations and act with accountability along the entire supply chain because we want to foster stable and long-term relations with our business partners. Not only do we apply commercial criteria, therefore, when selecting forwarding agents, service providers and suppliers, but we also factor their environmental credentials and social corporate responsibility into our decisions, assessing both their current record and its future sustainability.

The expectations of our customers in respect of our logistics can be summed up as follows:
The amount of BIRKOSIT Dichtungskitt® ordered must be delivered on time and must meet the specified quality standards. It is therefore important and essential that the forwarding agents acting on our instructions abide by high safety standards.

We have to be absolutely sure that a freight carrier meets all the requirements before we will entrust the company with the delivery of our product BIRKOSIT Dichtungskitt®.

We have established our own logistics supply chain in our distribution centre and have been working for many years with our preferred logistics companies.

We will only entrust our goods to a market leader in freight forwarding therefore we use Schenker AG for transport and logistics services in Germany and Europe.
We have constant access to information about the status of our consignments through the in-house Schenker consignment information system.

We will only entrust our goods to a market leader in logistics therefore we use the DPD PARCEL SERVICE for worldwide transport and logistics services.
Senders and recipients can check the status of consignments around the clock on dpd.com/de_en simply by entering the relevant DPD number.

Naturally, it is also possible to telephone the customer service department to inquire about the status of consignments.
